85.সুরাহ আল বুরুজ (1-22)

ﺑِﺴﻢِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣﻤٰﻦِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣﻴﻢِ – শুরু
করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম
করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু
[1] ﻭَﺍﻟﺴَّﻤﺎﺀِ ﺫﺍﺕِ ﺍﻟﺒُﺮﻭﺝِ
[1] শপথ গ্রহ-নক্ষত্র শোভিত আকাশের,
[1] By the heaven, holding the big stars
[2] ﻭَﺍﻟﻴَﻮﻡِ ﺍﻟﻤَﻮﻋﻮﺩِ
[2] এবং প্রতিশ্রুত দিবসের,
[2] And by the Promised Day (i.e. the
Day of Resurrection);
[3] ﻭَﺷﺎﻫِﺪٍ ﻭَﻣَﺸﻬﻮﺩٍ
[3] এবং সেই দিবসের, যে উপস্থিত হয় ও
যাতে উপস্থিত হয়
[3] And by the witnessing day (i.e.
Friday), and by the witnessed day [i.e.
the day of ‘Arafât (Hajj) the ninth of
Dhul-Hîjjah];
[4] ﻗُﺘِﻞَ ﺃَﺻﺤٰﺐُ ﺍﻷُﺧﺪﻭﺩِ
[4] অভিশপ্ত হয়েছে গর্ত ওয়ালারা
অর্থাৎ,
[4] Cursed were the people of the Ditch
(in the story of the Boy and the King).
[5] ﺍﻟﻨّﺎﺭِ ﺫﺍﺕِ ﺍﻟﻮَﻗﻮﺩِ
[5] অনেক ইন্ধনের
অগ্নিসংযোগকারীরা;
[5] Of fire fed with fuel,
[6] ﺇِﺫ ﻫُﻢ ﻋَﻠَﻴﻬﺎ ﻗُﻌﻮﺩٌ
[6] যখন তারা তার কিনারায় বসেছিল।
[6] When they sat by it (fire),
[7] ﻭَﻫُﻢ ﻋَﻠﻰٰ ﻣﺎ ﻳَﻔﻌَﻠﻮﻥَ
ﺑِﺎﻟﻤُﺆﻣِﻨﻴﻦَ ﺷُﻬﻮﺩٌ
[7] এবং তারা বিশ্বাসীদের সাথে যা
করেছিল, তা নিরীক্ষণ করছিল।
[7] And they witnessed what they were
doing against the believers (i.e. burning
them).
[8] ﻭَﻣﺎ ﻧَﻘَﻤﻮﺍ ﻣِﻨﻬُﻢ ﺇِﻟّﺎ ﺃَﻥ
ﻳُﺆﻣِﻨﻮﺍ ﺑِﺎﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺍﻟﻌَﺰﻳﺰِ ﺍﻟﺤَﻤﻴﺪِ
[8] তারা তাদেরকে শাস্তি দিয়েছিল
শুধু এ কারণে যে, তারা প্রশংসিত,
পরাক্রান্ত আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস
স্থাপন করেছিল,
[8] And they had no fault except that
they believed in Allâh, the All-Mighty,
Worthy of all Praise!
[9] ﺍﻟَّﺬﻯ ﻟَﻪُ ﻣُﻠﻚُ ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤٰﻮٰﺕِ
ﻭَﺍﻷَﺭﺽِ ۚ ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠﻰٰ ﻛُﻞِّ
ﺷَﻲﺀٍ ﺷَﻬﻴﺪٌ
[9] যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের
ক্ষমতার মালিক, আল্লাহর সামনে
রয়েছে সবকিছু।
[9] To Whom belongs the dominion of
the heavens and the earth! And Allâh is
Witness over everything.
[10] ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟَّﺬﻳﻦَ ﻓَﺘَﻨُﻮﺍ
ﺍﻟﻤُﺆﻣِﻨﻴﻦَ ﻭَﺍﻟﻤُﺆﻣِﻨٰﺖِ ﺛُﻢَّ ﻟَﻢ
ﻳَﺘﻮﺑﻮﺍ ﻓَﻠَﻬُﻢ ﻋَﺬﺍﺏُ ﺟَﻬَﻨَّﻢَ
ﻭَﻟَﻬُﻢ ﻋَﺬﺍﺏُ ﺍﻟﺤَﺮﻳﻖِ
[10] যারা মুমিন পুরুষ ও নারীকে
নিপীড়ন করেছে, অতঃপর তওবা
করেনি, তাদের জন্যে আছে
জাহান্নামের শাস্তি, আর আছে দহন
যন্ত্রণা,
[10] Verily, those who put into trial the
believing men and believing women (by
torturing them and burning them), and
then do not turn in repentance, (to
Allâh), then they will have the torment of
Hell, and they will have the punishment
of the burning Fire.
[11] ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟَّﺬﻳﻦَ ﺀﺍﻣَﻨﻮﺍ ﻭَﻋَﻤِﻠُﻮﺍ
ﺍﻟﺼّٰﻠِﺤٰﺖِ ﻟَﻬُﻢ ﺟَﻨّٰﺖٌ ﺗَﺠﺮﻯ
ﻣِﻦ ﺗَﺤﺘِﻬَﺎ ﺍﻷَﻧﻬٰﺮُ ۚ ﺫٰﻟِﻚَ ﺍﻟﻔَﻮﺯُ
ﺍﻟﻜَﺒﻴﺮُ
[11] যারা ঈমান আনে ও সৎকর্ম করে
তাদের জন্যে আছে জান্নাত, যার
তলদেশে প্রবাহিত হয় নির্ঝরিণীসমূহ।
এটাই মহাসাফল্য।
[11] Verily, those who believe and do
righteous good deeds, for them will be
Gardens under which rivers flow
(Paradise). That is the great success.
[12] ﺇِﻥَّ ﺑَﻄﺶَ ﺭَﺑِّﻚَ ﻟَﺸَﺪﻳﺪٌ
[12] নিশ্চয় তোমার পালনকর্তার
পাকড়াও অত্যন্ত কঠিন।
[12] Verily, (O Muhammad (SAW)) the
Seizure (Punishment) of your Lord is
severe and painful. (See V.11:102)
[13] ﺇِﻧَّﻪُ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳُﺒﺪِﺉُ ﻭَﻳُﻌﻴﺪُ
[13] তিনিই প্রথমবার অস্তিত্ব দান
করেন এবং পুনরায় জীবিত করেন।
[13] Verily, He it is Who begins
(punishment) and repeats (punishment
in the Hereafter) (or originates the
creation of everything, and then repeats
it on the Day of Resurrection).
[14] ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﺍﻟﻐَﻔﻮﺭُ ﺍﻟﻮَﺩﻭﺩُ
[14] তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, প্রেমময়;
[14] And He is Oft-Forgiving, full of love
(towards the pious who are real true
believers of Islâmic Monotheism),
[15] ﺫُﻭ ﺍﻟﻌَﺮﺵِ ﺍﻟﻤَﺠﻴﺪُ
[15] মহান আরশের অধিকারী।
[15] Owner of the throne, the Glorious.
[16] ﻓَﻌّﺎﻝٌ ﻟِﻤﺎ ﻳُﺮﻳﺪُ
[16] তিনি যা চান, তাই করেন।
[16] (He is the) Doer of whatsoever He
intends (or wills).
[17] ﻫَﻞ ﺃَﺗﻯٰﻚَ ﺣَﺪﻳﺚُ
ﺍﻟﺠُﻨﻮﺩِ
[17] আপনার কাছে সৈন্যবাহিনীর
ইতিবৃত্ত পৌছেছে কি?
[17] Has the story reached you of the
hosts,
[18] ﻓِﺮﻋَﻮﻥَ ﻭَﺛَﻤﻮﺩَ
[18] ফেরাউনের এবং সামুদের?
[18] Of Fir’aun (Pharaoh) and Thamûd?
[19] ﺑَﻞِ ﺍﻟَّﺬﻳﻦَ ﻛَﻔَﺮﻭﺍ ﻓﻰ
ﺗَﻜﺬﻳﺐٍ
[19] বরং যারা কাফের, তারা
মিথ্যারোপে রত আছে।
[19] Nay! The disbelievers (persisted) in
denying (Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and
his Message of Islâmic Monotheism).
[20] ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻣِﻦ ﻭَﺭﺍﺋِﻬِﻢ ﻣُﺤﻴﻂٌ
[20] আল্লাহ তাদেরকে চতুর্দিক থেকে
পরিবেষ্টন করে রেখেছেন।
[20] And Allâh encompasses them from
behind! (i.e. all their deeds are within
His Knowledge, and He will requite them
for their deeds).
[21] ﺑَﻞ ﻫُﻮَ ﻗُﺮﺀﺍﻥٌ ﻣَﺠﻴﺪٌ
[21] বরং এটা মহান কোরআন,
[21] Nay! This is a Glorious Qur’ân,
[22] ﻓﻰ ﻟَﻮﺡٍ ﻣَﺤﻔﻮﻅٍ
[22] লওহে মাহফুযে লিপিবদ্ধ।
[22] (Inscribed) in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz
(The Preserved Tablet)!

ﺑِﺴْﻢِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤَﻦِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣِﻴﻢِ
1.
শপথ গ্রহ-নক্ষত্র শোভিত
আকাশের,
2.
এবং প্রতিশ্রুত দিবসের,
3.
এবং সেই দিবসের, যে উপস্থিত হয়
ও যাতে উপস্থিত হয়
4.
অভিশপ্ত হয়েছে গর্ত ওয়ালারা
অর্থাৎ,
5.
অনেক ইন্ধনের
অগ্নিসংযোগকারীরা;
6.
যখন তারা তার কিনারায় বসেছিল।
7.
এবং তারা বিশ্বাসীদের সাথে যা
করেছিল, তা নিরীক্ষণ করছিল।
8.
তারা তাদেরকে শাস্তি দিয়েছিল শুধু এ
কারণে যে, তারা প্রশংসিত, পরাক্রান্ত
আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন
করেছিল,
9.
যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের
ক্ষমতার মালিক,
আল্লাহর সামনে রয়েছে সবকিছু।
10.
যারা মুমিন পুরুষ ও নারীকে নিপীড়ন
করেছে, অতঃপর তওবা করেনি,
তাদের জন্যে আছে জাহান্নামের
শাস্তি, আর আছে দহন যন্ত্রণা,
11.
যারা ঈমান আনে ও সৎকর্ম করে
তাদের জন্যে আছে জান্নাত, যার
তলদেশে প্রবাহিত হয়
নির্ঝরিণীসমূহ।
এটাই মহাসাফল্য।
12.
নিশ্চয় তোমার পালনকর্তার পাকড়াও
অত্যন্ত কঠিন।
13.
তিনিই প্রথমবার অস্তিত্ব দান করেন
এবং পুনরায় জীবিত করেন।
14.
তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, প্রেমময়;
15.
মহান আরশের অধিকারী।
16.
তিনি যা চান, তাই করেন।
17.
আপনার কাছে সৈন্যবাহিনীর ইতিবৃত্ত
পৌছেছে কি?
18.
ফেরাউনের এবং সামুদের?
19.
বরং যারা কাফের, তারা মিথ্যারোপে রত
আছে।
20.
আল্লাহ তাদেরকে চতুর্দিক
থেকে পরিবেষ্টন করে
রেখেছেন।
21.
বরং এটা মহান কোরআন,
22.
লওহে মাহফুযে লিপিবদ্ধ।
